Getting a call to work on a CD with Christine Ebersole and Billy Stritch is akin to a childhood trip to the candy store with your favorite aunt.  Not that I think of either Christine or Billy in the same way I think about my Auntie Annie, it’s just that in both instances you just know you’re going to get a lot of your favorite stuff.  

"In Your Dreams" was born out the love for music and each other that these two extraordinary performers found too compelling not to pursue; first, and continuing, as a live performance and subsequently captured herein.  We attempted to give you a front row seat so that you’ll not only hear, but feel every nuance of these spare, yet compelling arrangements.  With a barely stretched imagination, if you close your eyes, you’ll think that the enchanting Ms. Ebersole and the winsome Mr. Stritch are playing and singing just for you.  I know I do. - Joel Moss
